When you purchase a more-than-100-year-old brownstone, you can expect some repairs, and Marina Cheban and her husband were up for the challenge.

Seeing its rich potential, the couple decided to invest in a complete renovation of the historic home to bring their personal vision to life, starting with the primary closets.

The couple wanted two distinct spaces where each could have a dressing room tailored to their individual wardrobes and styles. After all, Marina started Marina Cheban Interiors and her wheels had already been turning on how to reinvent the space.
